Remarks: May be taken as transformation to WGS 84 - see tfm code 15719. See Bogota 1975 to MAGNA-SIRGAS (10), tfm code 15732, for an equivalent transformation using the Molodenski-Badekas 10-parameter method. OGP recommends this alternative.
